Dear SW Region Members: ARMA’s SW Region, like all organizations, is actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and just like you, we’re forced to re-assess our activities in response to this risk. We understand this means that scheduled chapter seminars, events, and activities which ordinarily involved personal interaction with other members have been canceled or rescheduled until further notice. I encourage you to review the Free Resources for Communications section below and maintain chapter/member communications to the extent possible. Now may the perfect time to try out virtual meetings! If you have any questions related to continued chapter operations please feel free to contact me directly.
While we are hopeful the Region Leadership Event, planned for July 23-24th in Austin, TX may go forward as planned, at this time we are investigating alternative options to deliver leadership training should that become required. Should the event status change because of the COVID-19 situation, we will ensure all members are informed.

Meeting Cancellations – Certainly, to the extent meetings can be held virtually (via phone or collaboration tools), the board may consider doing so.
